BenchSound is a music-sharing platform that allows users to upload, discover, and listen to audio content. The Service also provides access to publicly available internet radio streams. BenchSound does not host, provide, or distribute copyrighted music or any commercial radio content. All content available through the platform is user-generated or sourced from publicly accessible streams.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

4. User-Generated Content

When you upload content to BenchSound, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and licenses to share the content.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

By uploading content, you grant BenchSound a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited messages.
• Scrape or crawl the Service using automated tools without permission.

6. Radio Content

The radio feature in BenchSound streams content from publicly accessible internet radio stations. BenchSound does not own, host, or control these streams. We do not provide URLs or direct links to copyrighted radio broadcasts. Users acknowledge that radio content is provided as-is and that BenchSound bears no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, or legality of radio streams.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@benchsound.online.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed. BenchSound may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BenchSound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
